The UNITE HERE Retirement Fund makes it easy to manage your benefits on our member portal using your smart phone or computer, or by calling the Plan Administrator.
Member Portal
Get access to account balances, commonly requested forms, useful links, and frequently asked questions regarding your benefit information through the member benefits portal. The member portal is operated by our Plan Administrator, Amalgamated Employee Benefits Administrators.

You can use the portal to:
- Keep your account profile and contact information up to date.
- Get direct access to your pension benefit information, notifications and other important documents.
- Complete common tasks such as submit a pension application, sign up for direct deposit, and access your pension benefit history.
- Get your questions answered quickly by accessing current information in the resource library.
- Access the resource library offering instructional materials, summary of plan description, links to federal and state tax resources, and Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs).
- Download essential documents and forms you may need.

Primary plan participants and dependents over the age of 18 can register on the secure member portal. You will need your full social security number and your birth date to create an account.
